The body is wise, the body is a consort born with us, a being in tis own right, the one who records all our adventures and disadventures, informing us, healing us, acting as the sensory being, who loves us and it is loyal to us, for life. As we age we come to know and value the consort even more.

It was born with us, just as the soul is born with us. We are a triumvirate together , soul, body, and then within that body there are several aspects they are carried, such as heart wich is our feelings, self and spirit wich is the animating force of the entire body and phyche. It is what we speak of, when we speak of enthusiasm, is what we feel in spirit, when we feel down. There is something with the spirit occuring at that moment that makes us feel alittle bit blue for instance. A spirit rises and it is energized by energy. The spirit is depleted by lack of energy, lack of new thought, lack of ideas and of all that is resident within. The physical body, the consort, the one who came here with us, as I see it, is as a loyal, valiant, companion to us. Nowadays, any of us who are raised in any kind of phylosophical thought or relegion, often have noted that the body is cut away entirely in those. The spiritualization, the sacredness of the body is not necessarily spoken of, easily, well and poetically and in fact quite to the contrary. Most of us come through a history, through generation upon generation upon generation of history, where in, the body is actually severed away from what is holy. So it is considered in some forms of fundamendalism, whether it is Boudism, Christianity, Joudaism, or Muslim, that the body is dirty, filthy, not worthy, the least of the least, as it should be tormented ,tortured, disregarded and set aside, not recognised and so and so. However I think, setting all that aside , the body is valiant. Your heart beats for you, your entire autonomic nervous system that governs your ability to look left or right, your ability to open and close your eyes, your ability to move your tiny little finger, your ability to speak, to have your vocal chords react, when you think a thought and decide to express it, it happens autonomicaly, in other words on its own. We dont have to go inside our bodies and turn gears and twist nobs, and do a wind up of some sort. Our bodies this faithful companion to us, gives us all of that. 24 hours a day takes care of our heartbeat, our blood pressure, our pulse rate, waters our eyes, washes our organs on the inside, all by itself, for us.

................

Body as companion, as consort, as one who loves us, remains with us and tries with us everything in it , to give us all that it can. As you know, there are some parts of the world, where the body is found so disgusting in certain philoshophies and ideas that its all right to abuse it, its all right to overlook it, its all right to torment and torture it, its all right to deprive it, its all right to not to give it adequate fuel, to do its work for us, in other ways, to deprive it from the very things that it needs to love us in return, to be faithful and loyal to us in return.
